My parcel didn't arrive, what happens now?

If you parcel does not show up within 5 working days of your order being sent:

  • Contact the courier company via the Track-and-Trace link that was emailed to you on the day your parcel was collected from Mollies Make & Create. 
  • If the courier advises you that the parcel has been lost, please contact our customer services for further assistance. 
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on our part, such as incorrect labelling, we will resend the order to you, subject to availabiility. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the purchase price, including shipping.
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address provided, no replacement or refund is provided. If your parcel is returned to us, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping, or redeliver to you for an additional shipping fee.
