Joining yarn is a knitting technique for adding a new yarn ball when you get to the end of your current one.
This usually involves knotting the two ends of the yarn together and continuing on with your project. However this can result in an ugly knot popping out of your wonderful work.
To complicate matters, the knots in some yarn can slip apart over time, leaving you with holes and ladders in your projects.
Here is a simple yet effective method of joining a new ball of yarn to your project, without ugly knots!
