New Zealand Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock orders from Auckland within 2 full business days of the order being paid, but allow up to 5 working days. 
  • For items that are temporarily out of stock and dispatch is likely to exceed 7 working days, or we cannot fulfil your order at all, we will contact you.
  • We do not provide split shipping for backorders. All items will be shipped together when all items are available. Contact customer services if you require urgent split shipping, an additional shipping charge will apply.
  • For special orders including custom items, overseas stock, fabric and indents, dispatch may vary between 7-30+ days. Please contact us if more accurate dispatch times are needed. 
  • Courier target delivery times NZ:
    • Dispatch is from Auckland, New Zealand.
    • We use Courier Post, Castle Parcels, Post Haste, MainStream depending on final destination, size of order and time of dispatch. 
    • Average target delivery times, once your parcel has been dispatched:
      • Auckland 1-3 working days
      • North Island 2-4 working days
      • South Island 3-6 working days 
      • Allow extra 1-4 working days for non urban &/or rural deliveries
      • Target delivery times many be extended during peak times (ie: Christmas or lockdowns). 

Australian Shipping

  • International freight cost is volume based and will be calculated at checkout prior to payment. 
  • Some items we do not dispatch to Australia. If you order any of those items, we will contact you immediately regarding a refund. 
  • Freight fees are in NZ Dollars and exclude taxes, customs and import duties and fees.
  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days of the order being paid.
  • For items that are temporarily out of stock we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. If a back-order is likely to exceed 7 working days, or we cannot fulfil your order at all, we will refund your item/s. We do not provide split shipping for backorders. 
  • All orders are sent via international air freight to the delivery address provided on our website during the checkout process.
  • Dispatch is from Auckland via NZ Post, then transferred over to AusPost. 
  • Target delivery dates set by NZ Post are 3-14 working days, however this can vary depending on location. 
  • Target delivery times many be extended during peak times (ie: Christmas or lockdowns). 

Printing & Packaging

  • Our goal is to become a digital office. Order confirmations and receipts are emailed; orders are digitally picked using hand-held devices; and invoices/packing slips are rarely included in parcels.  
  • When we receive inwards goods we try to reuse the packaging for your order. We reuse such items as bubblewrap, plastic bags, void paper, newspaper, plastic sheeting, cartons and waste cardboard.
  • We shred paper in-house from recyclable paper, such as circulars, newspapers and warehouse/office waste. 
  • When no recycled packaging is available or suitable we will use new products, such as cartons, block bottom paper bags, corrugated card, tissue paper, brown wrapping paper and poly satchels. 
  • For items that may be vulnerable to leakage, weather, or are hard to wrap otherwise, we may use plastic bags, plastic sheeting or shrink wrap. 
  • We will not use new packing peanuts or new air pillows and will only rarely use new bubblewrap. 
  • We encourage in-store shoppers to bring their own recyclable shopping bags with them. Reusable shopping bags are available to purchase in-store at cost price. 

Change of mind returns

  • Purchased products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase, excluding sale items, special order items, indent products, fabric, leather, products sold by the cut meter (or similar unit of measurement), custom made items, custom cut foam, second hand items or gift vouchers.
  • Returned items must be in unused, original, re-saleable condition and in original packaging if applicable.
  • Return the items with your order reference number, proof of purchase, bank account details and reason for return.
  • The cost and liability of shipping the returned products back are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your return request is accepted we will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping. within 2 working days.

Faults or damaged items

  • If you have received a item damaged during shipping please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel, so we can lodge a query with the courier within their 7 day timeframe.
  • On the rare occasion that you have received a faulty item please contact our customer services team
  • Your damaged or faulty item will need to be returned to us. If your claim is accepted we will refund you the purchase price, including the shipping. 

Missing or undelivered parcels

  • If your parcel is late or missing contact the courier company directly using the tracking details. If your parcel is confirmed as missing or undeliverable, the courier company will give you a claim reference number to give to us. At this point we will then liaise with the courier company to resolve the issue.
  • If the carrier lost your parcel, a claim will be placed with the carrier for compensation. 
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on our part, such as incorrect labelling, we will refund you the purchase price, including shipping.
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address provided, no refund is payable.
  • If you provided us with an incorrect address and your parcel is returned to us we will either refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping, or resend the parcel for an additional shipping fee.

 These terms are issued by Mollies Make & Create Limited and are effective from May 2018. They cover the use of our website  - as well as any microsites from these websites. Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites.

Making a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller or that may have been placed fraudulently.
Payment Options
We currently accept the following payment options depending on the product/service being purchased: Bank deposit and credit card.
All prices listed on are in New Zealand Dollars. All prices are listed are inclusive of GST. GST will not apply for international orders.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points earned on qualifying orders must be redeemed during the next order. Unused loyalty points will expire after 12 calendar months.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We take website and credit card security extremely seriously, and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform on which to conduct online transactions. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss or misuse of personal information provided to us through this site. 
Delivery Charges and Returns

We have made every effort to portray the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, because of current supply, colour can vary, and the actual colours you see can depend upon the monitor you view our websites from. Mollies Make & Create Limited cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will provide a completely accurate representation of our products.
