New Zealand Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock orders from Auckland within 1 full business day of the order being paid, but allow up to 5 working days. 
  • For items that are temporarily out of stock and dispatch is likely to exceed 5 working days, or we cannot fulfil your order at all, we will contact you.
  • For special orders including custom items, overseas stock, fabric and indents, dispatch will vary between 5-21 days. Please contact us if more accurate dispatch times are needed. 
  • Courier target delivery times NZ:
    • Dispatch is from Auckland, New Zealand.
    • We use Castle Parcels, Post Haste, NZ Couriers, MainStream, Urgent Couriers, NZ Post depending on final destination and time of dispatch.
    • Average target delivery times, once your parcel has been dispatched:
      • Auckland 1-3 working days
      • North Island 2-4 working days
      • South Island 3-6 working days 
      • Allow extra 1-4 working days for non urban &/or rural deliveries. 

Australian Shipping

  • International freight cost is weight based and will be calculated at checkout prior to payment. 
  • Freight fees are in NZ Dollars and exclude taxes, customs and import duties.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business days of the order being paid.
  • For items that are temporarily out of stock we aim to dispatch within 5 working days. If a back-order is likely to exceed 5 working days, or we cannot fulfil your order at all, we will refund your item/s. We do not provide split shipping for backorders. 
  • All orders are sent via international air freight to the delivery address provided on our website during the checkout process.
  • Dispatch is from Auckland via NZ Post, then transferred over to AusPost. 
  • Target delivery dates set by NZ Post are 3-10 working days, however this can vary depending on location. 

Change of mind returns

  • Purchased products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase, excluding sale items, special order items, indent products, fabric, leather, products sold by the cut meter (or similar unit of measurement), custom made items, custom cut foam, second hand items or gift vouchers.
  • Items must be in unused, original, re-saleable condition.
  • Return item with your order reference number, proof of purchase, bank account details and reason for return.
  • The cost and liability of shipping the returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your return request is accepted we will refund the original purchase price, excluding original shipping.

Faults or damaged items

  • On the rare occasion that you have received either a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer services team
  • Your damaged or faulty item will need to be returned to us. If your claim has been accepted we will refund you the purchase price, including the shipping. 

Missing or undelivered parcels

  • If your parcel is late, or missing contact the courier company directly using the tracking details. If it is confirmed as missing or undeliverable they will give you a claim reference number to give to us. At this point email us the claim reference number, along with your original order/invoice number. We will then liaise with the courier company to resolve the issue.
  • If the carrier loses your parcel, a claim will be placed with the carrier for compensation. 
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on our part, such as incorrect labelling, we will refund you the purchase price, including shipping.
  • If your parcel goes missing due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address provided, no refund is payable.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address provided, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping, or redeliver to you for an additional shipping fee. 

Workshop/Classes Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is required within 7 days of booking date to secure your spot. If the workshop start date is less than 7 days away this is payable immediately. 
  • For workshops that require an initial deposit to be paid, the balance is payable on or before the workshop date.

Booking Transfers:

  • Transfer fees for changing date of workshop:
    • 7+ days notice, unlimited transfers, no charge
    • 3-7 days notice, $25 transfer fee
    • 2 or less days notice, or no-show, $50 transfer fee
    • Transfer fees must be paid within 7 days of transfer to secure new date. 

Booking Cancellations:

  • Cancellation fees for withdrawing from a workshop:
    • 7+ days notice, $5 non-refundable
    • 3-7 days notice, $25 non-refundable
    • 2 or less days notice, or no-show, $50 non-refundable
    • Cancellation fees will be deducted from refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your bank account details
  • Sorry no refunds, exchanges, booking changes or cash backs for gift vouchers or special offer vouchers.

Class Cancellations:
  • If we cancel your workshop for any reason, such as small class numbers, illness or other unforeseen events, we will transfer you an alternative date.
  • If no alternative date can be agreed upon a full refund will be given.
Health & Safety:
  • You agree to follow all health and safety instructions that are provided by the tutor or any other Mollies Make & Create employee.
  • You must wear sturdy shoes, suitable clothing, and tie up long hair.
  • You agree to keep work areas clear and safe, and to ensure the safety of yourself, others and property.
  • You agree to use only tools that you have been instructed safely in the use of, in a safe and respectful manner in which they are intended. 
Personal belongings:
  • You agree that any personal possessions that you bring to the workshop are brought at your own risk. This includes but is not limited to vehicles, personal belongings, tools, furniture, fabrics and products.

Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites.

Making a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller or that may have been placed fraudulently.
Payment Options
We currently accept the following payment options depending on the product/service being purchased: Bank deposit and credit card.
All prices listed on are in New Zealand Dollars. All prices are listed are inclusive of GST. GST will not apply for international orders.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points earned on qualifying orders must be redeemed during the next order. Unused loyalty points will expire after 12 calendar months.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We take website and credit card security extremely seriously, and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform on which to conduct online transactions. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss or misuse of personal information provided to us through this site.
