How to return a change of mind item

1. Check the following criteria
- The item has been purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item is in unused, original, re-saleable condition and in original packaging.
- You have a valid receipt or order number.
- Item is eligible for change of mind returns (see return exclusions).

2. Check Return Exclusions
The following products are excluded from change of mind returns:
- Discounted items or seconds
- Special order items
- Most indents
- Fabric
- Foam products
- Most products sold by the cut meter or similar measurement. (Some select meterage products can be returned, subject to a restocking fee and quantity exclusions).
- Custom made items
- Second-hand items
- Gift vouchers
- Items that have return exclusions in the product description

3. Return the item for refund
Mailing/Courier
- Wrap item carefully for safe shipping.
- Include: copy of your receipt/order number
- Include: reason for return.
- Include: your bank account details (only if you originally paid by bank account, or paid in store.
- Send to: Mollies, 1/13 Croskery Road, Papakura, Auckland, NZ 2110
In-Store
- Bring along your original receipt.
- Open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, excluding holidays.
How to return a damaged or faulty item

1. Check the following criteria
- The faulty item was purchased within the last year, or the shipped item was received damaged within the last week.
- You have a valid receipt or order number.
- The item has been damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing fault, and/or it is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Item is eligible for damage or faulty returns (see return exclusions).

2. Check return exclusion
These exclusions apply to damage or faulty returns:
- The item has been misused or altered in any way.
- You have disposed of, lost, destroyed or intentionally damaged the product.
- You have brought the item knowing of, or you were made aware of, existing faults (eg: Seconds)
- It is not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return item for refund
Online
- Email: To start the return process email us at admin@mollies.nz.
- Provide: Your order number, explaination of the issue and attach images.
In-store
- Bring along the item and receipt.
- Open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, excluding holidays.
