Shipping policy
Click & Collect:
- Pickups are available from our store in Papakura, Auckland, NZ.
- You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you receive this email, as some items may not be immediately available.
- Collection days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm excluding weekends and holidays.
- Your order number must be provided at collection—no exceptions.
- Orders not collected within 30 days of receiving your collection notification may be cancelled in accordance with our Change of Mind, Returns & Refunds Policy.
Processing Targets:
- We aim to process in-stock orders within 1-5 full business days of the order being paid but allow up to 7 full working days.
- Expect longer processing times during holidays, pre-Xmas or major sales or events.
- If items are temporarily out of stock and cannot be restocked within 7 working days, or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will update you.
- Some products on backorder, such as custom items, overseas stock, fabric, and indents, may have a dispatch target that ranges from 5 to 30+ days. The ETA for these products is typically displayed on the product page, but please feel free to contact us for more information.
- When partial items in your order are on backorder, all items will be shipped together once they are all available. If you need the in-stock items urgently, and you want to request split shipping or partial collection, please get in touch with our customer services team. An additional shipping fee will apply.
- Most orders are processed at Mollies in Auckland, but certain items, such as Warwick Fabric, are shipped directly from our supplier.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees for most standard orders will be calculated at checkout.

Some large or bulky orders may require an extra shipping fee in addition to the initial checkout shipping fee or exemption. If this occurs, we will get in touch with you to explore shipping options to your location, and to discuss the associated extra costs.
- Some oversized, hazardous, or restrictive products are pickup only, and as such are excluded from all shipping options.
- Split shipping an order will incur an additional shipping fee.
- When changing from courier to pickup after your order has been packed, the shipping fee will be refunded, less a $1.10 service fee to cover packing materials and administration.
- Digital products, such as eGift cards, PDF files, and eBooks, do not incur a shipping fee as they are not physical items.
Courier Delivery Targets:
- Auckland 1-3 working days
- North Island 2-4 working days
- South Island 3-6 working days
- Allow extra 1-4 working days for non-urban &/or rural deliveries and orders.
- Target delivery times may be extended during peak times.
- Australia 1-3 weeks
