Refund policy
Change of mind returns
Eligible purchased products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase, with proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in original condition, suitable for resale, and in original packaging if applicable.
The cost and risk of shipping the returned products back to us are your responsibility.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide a store credit or refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping, within 5 working days of receiving the item/s.
Exclusions and Restrictions
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Sale, clearance, final sale, or seconds items
- Special order or indent products
- Fabric, foam, Warwick Feet, and most products sold by the metre or other cut-to-length measurement
- Custom-made, custom-cut, or modified products
- Second-hand products
- Gift vouchers
Special orders, bulk purchases, and metreage products are generally excluded from change of mind returns. Where a return is permitted by the supplier, it may be subject to restocking fees, minimum or maximum return quantities, or other supplier-imposed restrictions.
Uncollected Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders not collected within 30 days of the collection notification will be cancelled, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Where an uncollected order is cancelled, a store credit will be issued in accordance with our Change of Mind Returns Policy. Any exclusions, restocking fees, or other restrictions applicable to the products purchased will continue to apply.
Change from shipping to pickup
If you want to change your order from shipping to pickup, and your order has already been packed, the shipping fee will be refunded, less a $1.10 service fee to cover packing materials and administration.
Delivery Damages and Issues
Please inspect your parcel within 5 days of receiving it to ensure everything is correct, complete, and undamaged.
If your parcel arrives damaged or has missing items, contact us within 5 days.
Faulty Issues
If you receive a faulty item, please email us at admin@mollies.nz. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to return the item. If your claim is accepted, we will refund the original purchase price, including shipping, within 10 business days.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty. This may be a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the issue. Our policy does not cover, but is not limited to, issues such as general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or improper care, items that have been altered or modified or items that are marked as clearance or final sale.
