NZ Post: We will courier your parcel only via NZ Post.

Oversized item: Shipping options and costs will be discussed with you, or item may need to be picked up.

Does this stamp need a handle to use?
Yes, all 2D & 3D stamps use a seperate handle or a handpress. Multi stamp sets have a handle included. For single stamps buy the handle seperately: Handle 8200-01 or handle 8190-01. Optional: Use Ram Foot 8198-00 with handle. Compatible with Hand Press 3960-00 (requires stamp adapter 3961-01).
What size are 2D and 3D Stamps?
Regular size 2D and 3D stamps are 30mm x 28mm. Mini ones are 18 x 18mm.
What type of leather can I use a stamp on?
You will need to use dampened veg tan leather to achieve a stamped impression.
Can you create a custom stamp for me?
Sorry, we don't provide any custom stamp making services.
Do I need special leather for stamping?
Yes. Stamps only work properly on vegetable-tanned leather, which is firm and absorbent. Softer or chrome-tanned leathers won’t hold the impression unless using a hot press.
Do stamps require wetting the leather?
Yes. Lightly dampening (also called “casing”) softens the leather and helps it take the stamp impression cleanly. Too much water, though, can distort the detail.
Can I use a hammer instead of a mallet?
That's not recommended. Metal hammers can damage your stamp or leather. Use a rawhide, poly, or nylon mallet to protect your tools and get cleaner impressions.
